Kerry Bruce is an adjunct professor within the Department of International Health at Georgetown University’s School of Nursing & Health Studies, where she at present teaches graduate programs for the M.S. She is the CEO and Founder of Clear Outcomes, a small girl owned administration consulting agency that focuses on monitoring, evaluation and learning. In this function she offers technical management in health and other matter area evaluations.

Dr. Bhatta has virtually 20 years of administrative, instructing, training and analysis experience in the field of public health, especially in infectious illness epidemiology and global well being. Dr. Bhatta at present also serves as a consultant epidemiologist for the Carroll County and Tuscarawas County General Health Districts in Northeast Ohio as part of their Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program.
